We sell curated B2B lead datasets compiled from publicly available sources. Each dataset contains company information, inferred intent signals, and publicly listed or professionally sourced contact details. Datasets are delivered as downloadable XLSX and CSV files.

3. No Guarantees of Accuracy

Data is compiled from public sources and third-party providers on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currentness of any information in our datasets. Business information changes frequently and some records may be outdated by the time of purchase.

4. Permitted Use

Datasets are licensed for your internal business use only. You may use the data for direct outreach, research, and lead qualification within your organisation. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the data in whole or in part.

5. Payment & Delivery

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are listed in AUD and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Upon successful payment you will be redirected to a download page where your files will be available immediately.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the dataset has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue preventing download, contact us within 7 days and we will resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Euphonic Data's total liability for any claim arising from your use of a dataset is limited to the amount you paid for that dataset. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost revenue or missed business opportunities.
